Domestic and international pickups
Sydney Airport separates domestic (T2/T3) and international (T1) terminals. We confirm your terminal at booking and position your chauffeur accordingly, with meeting-point instructions sent before you travel.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at Sydney Airport?
Your chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign and helps with your luggage. For international arrivals this is after you clear customs. Kerbside pickup is also available if you prefer, and we send the exact zone before you land.
How much waiting time is included?
Complimentary waiting after you land is 20 minutes for domestic arrivals and 1 hour 10 minutes for international arrivals, which allows time to clear immigration and collect baggage. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of waiting is included.
